Resources grounded in clinical work
I’m Gabriel Benaim, a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH27298). My clinical work focuses on anxiety, panic, and the often-overlooked connection between emotional distress and physical symptoms. I created this space to share practical, thoughtful tools therapists can use to help clients understand what is happening in their bodies, reduce fear around symptoms, and build a more flexible response to anxiety.
The resources here draw from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. They are designed to support clinical judgment, not replace individualized assessment, medical evaluation, supervision, or treatment planning.
