I draw on approaches grounded in research, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while always adapting to what is actually useful for you.

We spend time understanding the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and we also work on practical ways to handle stress, difficult emotions, and challenging situations. The goal is not only to feel better in session. It is to feel more capable in everyday life.

A Note on Mind-Body Work

For clients who are interested, I may incorporate mind-body awareness into the process. This can support relaxation and a deeper understanding of how stress and emotions show up physically. This is always optional, and psychotherapy remains the foundation of the work.
