Hi, I’m Gabriel Benaim.
I’m a licensed mental health counselor, and I work with individuals who are dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, and different life challenges. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in their thoughts, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, even when things seem fine on the outside.
My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, speak openly, and feel understood without judgment.
My Approach
I approach therapy in a way that is both thoughtful and practical. We take the time to understand what you’re going through and where certain patterns may be coming from, while also working on ways to handle things differently in your day to day life.
I want therapy to feel clear and useful. Not something abstract, but something that helps you feel more in control of your thoughts, your emotions, and the decisions you make.
Background
My work is grounded in clinical training and evidence based approaches. I hold a master’s degree in counseling and have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and the connection between emotional stress and physical symptoms.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years exploring different healing practices, including energy-based approaches and mind-body work. That background continues to shape how I think about healing today.
I also speak both English and Spanish and aim to create a space that feels comfortable and accessible to people from different backgrounds.
A Bit More
I believe people are capable of meaningful change when they have the right support. Therapy is not about fixing you. It is about helping you understand yourself more clearly and move forward in a way that feels more grounded and aligned.
