Individual Psychotherapy
I offer individual psychotherapy for adults who are dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, and other life challenges. Therapy is a space to better understand what you’re going through, work through difficult emotions, and find ways to move forward with more clarity and stability.
Each session is tailored to you. We focus on what feels most relevant and work at a pace that makes sense for where you are.

What To Expect
Sessions are a space where you can speak openly and work through what’s been on your mind. We focus on understanding your experiences while also building tools to help you manage stress, regulate emotions, and handle challenges in a more effective way.
Therapy is collaborative. We work together to figure out what is most helpful for you and adjust as needed over time.
Integrative Support
or clients who are interested, I also offer mind body approaches as part of the process. These can support relaxation, stress reduction, and a deeper awareness of how your body responds to emotions.
This is always optional and used only if it feels relevant to you. Psychotherapy remains the foundation of our work together.
Session Details
Sessions are typically 50 minutes and are available in person in Pembroke Pines or through secure online therapy across Florida.
